Works fine
Makes ya go. Not as intensely as Psyllium Husks are said to but you can always up the dose - though that can cause stomach pangs if you over do it. (Not that I’d know 🙄💩😬)

Could do with a scoop but product is good

Seems more sticky than other brands
This inulin seems more finely powdered than others I have purchased, and also more prone to clumping in a sticky lump rather than dissolving. Other purchases have dissolved quickly in a glass of water as long as I stir the glass as I add the inulin and make sure the powder doesn’t come into contact with the side of the glass. This brand, however, is still floating in the glass and stuck to the spoon in lumps after considerable stirring.

Good value
Difficult to really know with something like this how good it is. Inulin is a prebiotic which is supposed to support a healthy digestive system. I take in the assumption that it does me good but it is hard to tell how much of a difference it makes. On the plus side, it was good value for a large 1kg bag.
