Excellent for the price (5+ year review)
I have had this since 2018 as an EDC ankle ifak. I carry a cat style tq, rolled gauze, compression bandage, pair of nitrile gloves, sharpie and other bits. It’s a bit big for me as I’m a skinny dude but fits over well especially with boots. Great way to keep trauma gear nearby at all times. For durability, it only recently had stitching wear out between two of the elastic pockets, and it is still usable. Considering I’ve been rocking this for 5 years of daily use, it’s great for the price. If you’re after a cost effective EDC ifak then this is a great choice!

Works for CCW .380 perfect!
Works really well as a ankle holster for concealed carry. Doesn't ride too low on the ankle and is very comfortable. I can fit my kel-tec P3AT .380 and two spare magazines in this and its perfect (I have a CCW permit). I fit the .380 in the main large velcro pocket and the spare mags in the two smaller pockets.I bought it for my CAT and medical kit, but neither has arrived yet so I thought I'd try it for the handgun and its great. The mags are a little thin for the pockets so I added some padding to make them fit tighter. I also tried a Ruger LCP .380 in there fits good too. However, I like the Keltec.Hopefully this ankle system works as well for the CAT and medical kit!UPDATE: Fits my Celox, gloves, and tourniquet perfect. I've had this for about 6 months now, and no problems!Warm Weather: 96 degree weather has hit, it makes this ankle holster unwearable as the sweat and warmth cause me a heat rash. I still love the holster but since I work outside it won't work on the hottest parts of summer. I bought a compact tourniquet and will just pocket carry that for now, as well as my gloves and celox. Sucks, but heat rash keeps me up all night just isn't worth it. I won't lower the stars, but extreme heat just makes this unwearable. In air conditioned office would be fine, but I work outdoors.

Decent carrier, but uncomfortable for me with CAT
I've worn this for a week with my CAT tourniquet (maybe it's repetitive to call it the "combat application tourniquet tourniquet", but it sounds right). It's held the TQ okay through the week. Once, the TQ got stuck on my pant leg and was pulled out of the carrier (whoops). My problem is the TQ rubbing against my leg. CATs have that Velcro on the piece that holds the windless, and no matter which way I turn the TQ, that Velcro rubs against my leg. After a week, I had a small sore there and could no longer wear the carrier. Even if I fold the TQ in fourths, rather than thirds, the TQ still sticks out over the carrier and allows this friction. The carrier needs a barrier between the skin and the TQ, if you're using a CAT. My guess is a SOF doesn't have the same issue. With a 4" Israeli dressing, the carrier is blocky, but it's not a big deal. Toss in some QuickClot and gloves, and you're ready to go. I didn't have any comfort issues with the carrier apart from that issue with the CAT. It rode comfortably on the ankle and didn't cause excessive sweating or anything.

Tight at first but that snug helps to keep in place
Wore for a good month now. And is great that said.At first was a bit disappointed but after working it in it fits great and hold alot. It does take some finesse to get the soft t w gen 4 in one of the slots. Some pants are tighter and show but very few. It seams to Hold up great, doesn't slide around. Hold alot but it bulges had to sacrifice a few things for comfort. Holds quick clot, compressed gauss the 4.5" x 4.1yds 6ply, 2 gauze 3 x 3, hyfin compact chest seals 2pk, tiny first aid kit reference guide, 2 sets of gloves, soft t w gen 4 tourniquet, shears, boot knife, and fire starter ferro rod, and I still have a slot open in the loops for a back up flashlight I carry when I don't have another in my pocket. It can hold more but as I said earlier it bulges so it's a balance. I bought this becuase of warrior poet ankle kit and didn't want to spend warrior poet money. At very first was a bit worried but it does work great and helps you carry med supplies for those tough times. Great entry model anyway. The picture shows the bare minimum I carry, you can stuff just a bit more in the other smaller slots and more in the main compartment, the slot get a bit bulky if add to much.

Decent ankle medkit
I like this ankle medkit however it is a little bulky for carrying everyday without it being an issue. You don't forget this is on your ankle like some other small more lightweight ones might disappear. I also found the pockets/compartments on it didn't match up exactly with the contents of a medkit that i would preferably put in there. It uses an elastic that isn't too stretchy so you can't fit bulkier med items in there while also I found that the pockets did hold items in as well either. If you put your feet up or go upside down at all your gonna lose some stuff. Unless you pack it just right so things stay crammed in there. Something I noticed but not a deal breaker as I feel this is still good for church or outings with heavier clothing just not the slickest most covert ankle med kit. Decent stitching and build quality. Worth the money

So freaking comfortable I forget im wearing it all the time.
I was truly amazed at how comfortable this is. I never liked the thought of anything around my ankle because I thought it would slide around or flop up and down when i run. No this thing stays in place when i run, roll on the ground, jump, or hang upside down. Yeah I know your probably wondering what the heck I do... Rock climbing. yes this thing is super great and a fraction of the price of its competitors. My only complaint is I wish it came with more then 3 pockets. However, I easily fixed this by adding extra pockets to it's available molly section and now it rocks. I keep a full size tourniquet, snake bite kit, blood clot powder, fox seals, and bandages. all that concealed under my pants leg. works great!
