Sugar-free & tastes great
One container lasts a good while. Definitely helps with hydration. So for, I've only tried it in water and the taste, albeit no flavor, is pretty good. Just remember to stir it well because even if you don't see it, it will stay in the bottom of the glass unless stirred well. Once stirred, it stays suspended. I live in the desert and prefer this over any sweetened, sugary drinks. I subscribed for regular replenishment. Totally love it!

JUST electrolytes
Not like BRAWNDO, for plants, but good for humans.I get migraines. Have for most of my adult life. It’s taken years to figure out what will trigger them, and longer to learn to avoid them.My wife tells me all the time “READ THE LABELS”… she also tells me I don’t listen to her very well, or something like that.So I read labels.I’m 65 at present, and I work my farm in TN (and do yard work in the state I’m in now) to the point of exhaustion. On one fine day in June two years ago I got a little dehydrated just mowing my orchard in THE MORNING and, feeling a little light-headed, dizzy, walked the 100 yards to my garage to sit in the shade, chug down some water and electrolyte mix, cool down, and it took about ten minutes until I could accurately measure my heart rate at about 180 bpm. It HAD been well above 200 (I took drumming lessons years ago and know what a sustained 240 bpm double-peddle rhythm sounds/feels like). Got things under control, HR about 100, went out and finished the mowing. My cardiologist had a hard time believing that story. A heck of a stress test, and not a hint of angina. But, the next day I had a WHOPPING migraine. Not from the heat, I think, but the sweetener, as it dawned on me that the worst, most frequent MH’s I’d been getting were all during those trips, in the heat, slugging down quarts of electrolyte mix every day (to help with nighttime muscle cramps too).Other products I’ve used had similar effects from other sweeteners, including “the newer generation of natural” sweeteners. That last one had acesulfame. That’s one more added to aspartame, STEVIA, and sometimes just SUGAR triggering migraines (in ME as well as many of my patients over the years). What I LIKE about this product:- very simple ingredients/chemistry- NO artificial sweeteners.- It tastes flat, bland, not sour/bitter/metallic- it mixes/dissolves quickly- very palatable compared to many other products I’ve tried over the years- Amazon expedited the shipment. I ordered in the morning and it was here by late afternoon. What I don’t like:- volume of powder is SMALL compared to container. Not sure all the USDA/FDA/lawyer labeling can fit a smaller jar, but it’s a surprise to open it the first time and think “that’s not much product.”- the price, but to treat a 16 oz bottle of water maybe a dozen times in a week, it’s acceptable compared to cramps, heat exhaustion.Making another trip down in a couple days, temps hovering around 100 F and I’ve ordered another container to take down.

NIcely hydrating
Dissolves well enough. Pretty much tasteless, so it's fine in just plain water, or in another type of drink. It does seem to keep me hydrated. The water I drink doesn't just flow right through me, but stays in my body for a while. There is no scent. I'm basically satisfied, except that it is a bit expensive.

My daily go to
I use the Raspberry Lemonade daily. Sometimes twice a day. It gives a nice flavor to my water and is not sweet. My body doesn’t process electrolytes normally and I need to take them in with a really good powder. This also acts as medicine for me because it helps to prevent vasal vagal attacks when IBS is triggered. This is also a lot better than a lot of the electrolyte drinks that’s filled with sugar. I didn’t want that because I have sugar problems.

Just pure electrolyte powder and nothing else!
I've been using the Hi-Lyte Keto K1000 Electrolyte Powder for over a year and a half now, and it's become a staple in my health and wellness routine. I started using it when I embarked on the carnivore diet and was searching for an electrolyte powder that didn't contain any sweeteners or flavors. The first thing that stands out about this product is its clean ingredients list. It's refreshing to find a supplement that doesn't rely on artificial additives or unnecessary sweeteners. The unflavored nature of this powder makes it versatile, allowing me to add it to any drink without altering the taste. In terms of performance, K1000 Electrolyte Powder delivers. It provides a noticeable boost in energy levels and helps maintain hydration, which is especially beneficial while following a Carnivore or Keto diet. The price point is another advantage. Given the quality of the ingredients and the generous amount of servings per container, it offers excellent value for money. This makes it a practical choice for those who are looking for a long-term addition to their dietary regimen.I plan on continuing its use as part of my health routine.

Nice way to add potassium
I need to work to keep my electrolytes up for some reason. My heart rate is super sensitive to dropping electrolyte levels. I got tired of buying coconut water and other potassium drinks. I wanted this to add to my large water bottle to sip throughout the day for better absorption. So far I think this was a good choice. The flavor of the unflavored is not gross as another reviewer said. I add a half scoop (500 mg) to a 48 oz bottle of water and it tastes like regular water, maybe a slight mineral taste. The only way it would be gross is if you tried to add a scoop to a regular glass of water. Which would be a bad idea for your GI system. I find sipping is best because if I guzzle the water I do get some stomach upset. Overall this is so great to be able to sip a relatively heavy dose of electrolytes with my regular water. It helps regulate my heart rate and doesn’t involve taking in extra calories. I will continue to buy this.

Good Product overall.
For some reason I'm unable to write a review on the Lemonade flavor alone. The Lemonade flavor is gross. It tastes like soap.Otherwise the products is good to very good. I've tried other brands and this one, with the focus on Potassium, works better for my body than those focused on Sodium. I avoid craps, and don't feel thirsty all the time. I'm mostly carnivore these days and needs something to ensure I was getting and absorbing as much water as I was drinking. Orange flavor is the best by far.
