I love it. The dough was easy to make. It didn’t need too much kneading. The flavor is amazing!!! The tortillas are soft. A bit expensive but worth every penny.

We know it is hard to get reliable help, but please teach your new employees how to properly pack a 5lb. bag of flour in a box. There was no packing materials to cushion the ride (USPS) and consequently the bag opened and spilled out some of the flour inside the box. My Wife has used in the past and she said it's a great product! Surely, the "Go-to-Girl" in Texas could afford packing supplies as I paid $10.48 shipping and handling. Does my Wife want to take the risk and use this opened box of flour??????

Worked great for making tortillas from scratch.

It was good but I would rather make it from scratch because these where a little bit to hard when cooked

much cheaper at the grocery store but not carried in stores in Mass. This is the problem with this flour it is not widely carried
