Great flavor, good results
I LOVE this powder. I have the Fruit Fusion flavor, and its delicious! This is my second batch. I ordered it again when I started working out 6 times a week during this pandemic. I noticed that some days I would be exhausted after my work out. This helps with a little pick me up afterwards. For me, it's worth the buy!

great product, fast shipping...this flavor has a little bit of an after taste compared to some of the other flavors, but this product is great for a pre-workout or just some steady energy for the day.

Bought this more times than I can count. Love the flavor and I love the natural energy. I drink some before my runs and after (mostly after so that I'm not running with a stomach full of liquid).

Helps with my workouts
My trainer suggested I try this. I fight fatigue quite a bit and this helps me with my energy level and my workouts. There's not jittery effects and no crashing feeling when it wears off. Sometimes I notice more than other times a surge of power during my workouts. I can only guess that happens when I have completed the drink in advance of my training, otherwise I feel it kick in during cardio which is 30 minutes later. Because of juggling kids,etc. beforehand, I'm usually drinking half of it during my training. So, I would suggest completing the drink 15-30 pre workout if you can. I've tried Passion Fruit, grape and watermelon and all have tasted great.

Tastes good and budget friendly
I used to use Spark but this stuff tastes better and works just as well. And it’s WAY cheaper!! I haven’t had a flavor I didn’t like.

Product description is incorrect!!!
As a avid weightlifter I ordered this product due to it saying it had creatine in it. This product does not have any creatine in it what so ever! I looked directly on optimum nutrition's site, and they don't even advertise this product with creatine being in it. The description of the product is incorrect and misleading so beware if you are ordering it due to creatine being in it!!! Very disappointed!!!
