Always get these for my hamsters, they really love them for bedding and gives them something to do each time I clean their homes.

Messy but Fun
Our rats loved these! They are the size of a rather skinny corn-cob and we got two in our pack. My tidiest rat was immediately outraged that there was a strange item in the cage and began to drag it into his dig-box, but when the others investigated they soon found it fun to chew open and pull out all the dandelion-like fluff inside. It was extremely fun for a couple of hours and by the end of the day it was pretty much destroyed. Everything is covered in fluff. Not sure how much if it is being used to make a nest, rats already have soft hammocks so maybe don’t care so much. Hamsters would probably make more use of it. They all enjoyed it a lot though. Mr Neat-Freak still keeps trying to sweep all the bits into a corner days later!

Great product
As said a great product, chew, bedding, seeds eats, all in, but my hamster will not touch it. I even took one apart for her and still no. Maybe my hammy is just fussy.

Great hammy loves it
I recommend this product if you have a hammy they love the bedding plus the added fun of the wooden shell and edible seeds.

Fussy gerbils loved it
What a great all-rounder. They’re quite fussy about what chews they do and don’t like, but they’re loving this one, and they loved pulling all the fibres out and building a nest with it. Just ordered a second pack.

Hamster approved
This was the first time I had bought these pods, as I had never heard of them before, I put one in the hamster's cage and he was straight in, pulling all the fluffy inner pod into his little house. I would say they are hamster approved

Hamster ingested this which caused his death
After extensive research this stuff should be banned for hamsters. The fibres can be ingested causing respiratory issues and digestive issues. This is exactly what happened to our hamster. RSPCA strongly advise not using this stuff and I wish I had read this before I purchased this ‘hamster safe’ bedding.

hamster loves it
My hamster loves this for his bedding. My old hamster used to open it and make his own bed. My new boy I have to do it for him. One pod will make him 2-3 very comfortable warm beds. I can't recommend them enough
