I would never recommend someone to buy this product, quality is so poor and mug warmer desk doesn’t work and return policy with Amazon Is annoying it takes 15 days to get your refund back

Keep the coffee warm till last sips but the cord is too short .It needs extention

Useless, only using the cup
The device heats itself however does not transfer the heat to the cup. I left the cup 30 minutes on the heater. Although the heater was too hot, the glass and the milk inside was not heated at all. I touched the bottom of the cup, it was cold. So I'm using the cup only. Better buy a normal heater for the owen and use it

Very bad dont buy
Not good quality, crack in the holder and ask for return , but not returned and asking for delivery charges which is equal to price of the product, tried so many time to contact but no response
