Shockingly effective so far
For reference, I’m 54 years old, 6’ tall and 190lbs. Not particularly strong. At time of ordering, driver SS was 87mph average, measured in my backyard into a net, using a Rapsodo MLM over the past few months. I’d guess on course that jumps 3-5mph, which is common.I received the speed trainer 5 days ago, and did 2 sessions following the Superspeed level 1 workout on YouTube. I did the sessions on day 2 and day 4.Today (day5) I hit several shots into the net with my driver, after just a few warmup swings with an iron. The MLM gave readings of 90,93,94 and 95 mph. (93 avg)In 5 days I’ve gained 6mph over my average.Quite frankly, that’s absurd. It blew away any expectations I had. I was hoping to get 5mph after 6 weeks vBut I have no reason to doubt the data. This thing appears to work very, very well for me. I am interested to see what additional gains I can make with continued use.For the price, this may be the best golf equipment value on the planet.

We all know why we're here - because we're cheap / poor. You're in the right place
Update after 2.5 months: still working, have been moderately effective in increasing my swing speed. I would advise against carrying it in your bag regularly - leave it in your car or at home. I think over time one of the weights loosened, and it fell off the other week when I was walking the course. The seller was very generous and helped me get the matching weight to replace it.Don't compare it to your speeds / your friends' speeds with the SpeedSticks, as these are just a hair lighter (10g in each club I think) so you might swing a hair faster with these. That shouldn't affect their utility-----------------------------------------------------------We all ended up here because we're either cheap, poor, or some miserable combination of the two. It's a much better deal than the $199 competitors. In terms of weights, their system is good enough. I'm not entirely confident in my kitchen scale and my floor is uneven, but I measured them pretty close to the Speedsticks standard weights. Those are at 255, 290, and 335 grams I think. These are ~245, ???, and ~325 grams. Good enough. I didn't measure the middle weight because I forgot there's 3.Shaft is good enough, it didn't fall apart on me for the first session of the protocol.Good enough and 1/4th the price of the main competitor. With an added bonus that it only requires 1 adjustable club instead of 3 non-adjustable ones - makes it much more practical to keep in your bag.

Great tool for warming up before a round
Really like this swing aid. I use it to warm up at the range or before a round. Great feel and weight to the club. It has a rubber non slip grip that feel great. It has two extra weights that you can add if there is not enough. The only thing I had an issue with is the shaft which seems pretty stiff so I dont get alot of lag out of the club but I guess thats kinda the purpose of the club is to help you gain that speed and put lag into your swing. Great buy in my opinion.

Surprisingly effective.
Great for golf warm up. My swing speed has increased with regular use. Plus reasonable cost and only one shaft instead of three that the more expensive brands sell. The adjustable weights are high quality and it's actually fun to use. A side note these reviews are very difficult to write on my phone. The review format does not allow me to scroll easily to submit the review.

Don’t get it…..
I really wanted to like this and could see using it daily, but I just didn’t get it. It comes with 3 weights, the basic then you can add 1 or 2 more, but the weight is very small and almost unnoticeable. The shaft is very stiff and short, annoyingly so. Took maybe 10 swings, there are ZERO instructions, and decided to send it back.I can get a better speed workout just swinging my driver or my weighted warm up hi-flex club.

Great training aid!
This has been a great piece to train with. I have been using it every other day for a little over a month, each session being 30 swings. 10 with the lightest, 10 with the 1st weight attached, and 10 with both weights attached. My swing speed has gone from 103 mph to 110-111 mph. Once I plateau, I'll switch things up. Well worth the purchase.

Be Careful. Dangerous!
Shaft snapped and weight went flying. I hit nothing and had not even added the extra weight. Weight went thru the flat screen TV on my garage wall. Had it hit a person, the injury could have been severe

Very good and inexpensive trainer
It's a little lighter than the other popular brands in each weight class, but only slightly (~10 grams). I honestly don't think that even matters - the premise is still the same. If you want more weight, just stick some lead tape on the weights. I gained quite a bit of swing speed training with these and working out in the gym. Be careful and do both. Play well.- EDIT: 1 YEAR LATER -The stickers on the shaft have fallen off and there are a couple dings and scratches on the weights themselves from concrete contact (I've never actually hit the ground while swinging, just bumped on accident), and the grip has been replaced twice, but it's still holding up like any of my golf clubs. The only qualm I have is the weights need to be screwed in tight and you MUST check they aren't loosening every couple swings. You should always be hyper aware while swinging a golf club at speed, regardless. The trainer is still working great, and I truly hit driver about 20-30 yards longer than when I started. I recommend downloading an app from the big brands (I use the Rypstick app) to help guide you. The seller also sells extra weights if that's a concern. Very good product and I still recommend it to everyone.
