In my humble opinion, everyone on this planet should be using a tongue scraper. The stuff that comes off with each scraping is unpleasant, to say the least. The thought of walking around with my tongue coated in that is just too gross for me handle. I highly recommend this scraper in particular or one that is extremely similar (the U-shaped metal ones, NOT the plastic ones that are at the end of a stick) because these do a much better job. I also feel like they are easier to clean, more likely to remain clean, and will have greater potential for cleanliness in general (I’ve always had a paranoia around the potential for plastics being porous and harboring extra bacteria). Anyway, do yourself a favor and invest in a good tongue scraper, I’m positive that you will be glad you did.

I have used a stainless steel tongue scraper from my local co-op for many years. The rubber handle began wearing off and I decided to buy a new tongue scraper. My new copper tongue scraper is not only high quality, but artistically designed and works beautifully. I received two in the package and my partner happily took one! Apparently I've been living with bad breath for a while. After researching a bit, I heard that tongue scrapers could be a possible solution. I had my doubts but I was desperate, and I'm happy to say it worked! My tongue no longer has a white film and my breath is back to normal.The scrapers are much easier to use than a spoon and they're surprisingly "smooth" despite them scraping against your tongue, even when I applied a lot of pressure.

Great value for the pair. Very durable when messing around with it. I really like the extra height it has on the scraper and it is very soft. The storage container is nice to have but I was it had more holes in to so it does not grow any sort of mold.

If you’re not scraping your tongue w/ a METAL apparatus as such, you’re not doing your mouth the proper justice lol!! Previous tongue scrappers have been plastic—everything but this type of material. I brush twice a day, go to the dentist every year & use mouthwash. This thing STILL humbled me LOL!! Get it, use it, own it…all of the things.
