So easy to take as,it's such a small tablet. My dr reccomend it takes this,dosage of vitamin d with vitamin k. I have been taking this a,few months now and my blood tests have shown my vitamin d level finally going up which they weren't with the average dose of vitamin d without vik which I had been taking for years
