It is impossible to know what it would be like to have not taken Lion's Mane as a food supplement, but I did my research and started a few years ago. It works for me. I have tried a few different brands. Settled on this.

Helped with brain fog and balance
Bought these for my mum as she was struggling post vaccination- balance, brain fog and just unsteady in general. Took about a week to see the effects but it was a game changer for her. Lion-tastic!
Lions Mane Mushrooms are classed as a nootropic, in that the benefits are that of improved cognition. Not for me
Took these for 2 weeks but gave me a really bad headache the entire time. Didn't suit me at all unfortunately . Very large capsules to swallow aswell.

Can't really star these. The reason for taking lions mane is neuro genesis. I'm still in my mid forties and forgetting stuff all the time, so expect I'll get dementia regardless but hey, otherwise fine.
