These are absolutely fantastic, I’m completely chilled feel really really well. My mind finally feels like my own, they really keep you zen and I sleep so well too. Seriously well worth a try!!! I went on holiday for a week and forgot to take them and I really felt the difference, I must confess I take two as one didn’t really do anything but I was on medication from the doctors and didn’t like the altered personality. These however are a game changer.

Omg, this capsule is a game changer, I've always used lavender capsules to relax & help with sleep, I stumbled across this the reviews were VG so the moral of my story is, they are fantastic, I've been sleeping 8-9hrs straight, I would highly recommend, I started with 5000mg ,1 at bedtime, night night 😴.
