Water Kefir Grains, Living Probiotics, Japanese Water Crystals 50g, Probiotic starter, Happy Kombucha

First attempt at making water kefir and these grains were heathy and happy and have produced a month of great water kefir. I did need to work out for myself that I had to reduce the amount of grains back to 40g ( in my case) for every new brew. No explicit instructions about that! But online is a wonder source of additional information, so I have spare grains in the fridge which, if not needed, will go to friends or sadly, into the compost.

The media could not be loaded. I'm new to trying Kefir, but not to fermenting foods. I've very pleased with my water Kefir grains. Clear instructions and I found my first batch worked well (48 hrs). My second batch (see video) is even more alive, after less than 24 hours! I've chosen to keep mine in a fermenting jar which appears to be working well. I look forward to (hopefully) feeling and seeing the benefits.Update the video is my fourth batch which really is alive. The taste is so fizzy you would think it's carbonated!

I decided to start making my own water kefir after learning about all the health benefits of kefir. I have lactose intolerance so couldn't do milk kefir so opted for water kefir instead.Followed the instructions that came with the grains and it's been very helpful for a newbie like me.I've been making huge batches of water kefir, for the past few months now and still going strong. The grains multiply fast and I'm enjoying the process of trying fruits and juices in the fermenting process.It's now a regular in my household and always make sure I have some in my fridge.Highly recommended!

I have had lots of Kefir in the past but this batch just did nothing.

Arrived on time, the grains were in good condition and after settling for first couple of brews, produced good kefir with grains multiplying nicely.

These are my first kefir grains that actually work. They really started fully working after the third batch, but they work now well and the kefir tastes good too. However, there is a warning in the instructions that it takes some time for the grains to adapt after the delivery.

I love these kefir grains. They produce lovely kefir water and are growing away steadily so I can split them and share them eventually.. Really pleased
