Use it in the garden for a quick prune, cuttings etc. Great little all round knife. Nicely sharp. Great value. Well packaged.

I use my knife a lot on my allotment and feel safe with the design. initially sharp but not with a razor edge. I have subsequently used a sharpening stone to hone a sufficiently edge useable finish. Very well made and substantially weighty. It will last for years

This knife is sharp and functional, it's curved so you can cut the stems ina swift motion, it stays sharp too great product

After getting fed up of constantly having to walk through the house to the kitchen to grab a knife to harvest garden produce i wanted a small foldable knife i could keep in the conservatory and grab easily when needed.I had seen this come on sale a couple of times and mentally bookmarked it so last time I saw it I finally bit the bullet and i wish i had bought it last year now so I could have used it all season. Very sharp sturdy foldable pocket sized knife and the slight hook on the blade made it really easy to remove courgettes while leaving a good clean edge so the plant is less likely to be susceptible to disease. On the same disease theme the blade looks easy to clean so you dont transfer disease between plants.The only thing I would say is while the wooden handle is nicely made it does feel like it is a little "thirsty" but a good application of some oil or wax should sort that out and protect it.

The knife is very good quality and always in my pocket when in the garden.

I like the size of the knife and the brand S.Jackson.its nice and light the price is not to bad owing to it from one of the top brands spear & Jackson the Quality of garden tools.

So I am very impressed by this little pruning blade. It very light, ergonomic and the blade has just the right hook to make pruning a ease.The only issue was the blade needed a little honing and sharpen as the cutting edge was completely even and a little blunt in spots but this took 5 minutes and now I have a great little pruning knife.

Its really not razor sharp, but with a little work can take a decent edge. Feels slightly cheap though on the handle finish. Opening mechanism is pretty good.
