Most healing/tasty/creative recipes!
I am a big fan of this cookbook author. I adore her first cookbook and it saved me during the pandemic with her stories and delicious/healthy recipes. Her life story of overcoming Multiple Sclerosis with eating whole food/plant based/oil free is so inspiring!! All of her recipes are made w/ food that is so nourishing to the body with lots of cruciferous veggies and plant based omega 3s. I love her veggie burgers/muffins and especially the teff pancake recipe and beet meatball recipe. My husband who hates beets and walnuts just loved these beet balls!! That's how tasty her food is! When my patients ask me which cookbook to buy.. I always recommend hers.

Ashley does it again!
Ashley has literally taught me that healthful cooking with nutrient packed ingredients can be easy AND delicious. Plant-Based Declious does not dissappoint. I've literally made the Spicy Sheet Pan Cauliflower Tacos 3 times since getting the book because they are so satiating and flavorful, not to mention being a breeze to tackle on a busy weeknight! And I have found my new go-to homemade burger patty with the Walnut and Black Bean Burgers with Special sauce, the texture is hearty and the burger holds together and doesn't squeeze out the sides of my hamburger bun like other veggie burgers. And Fudgy Beet Brownies!? Those are next on my list. Ashley is a culinary wizard, get this book!

Absolutely delicious plant based recipes
I have quite a collection of plant-based cookbooks and this newest book by Ashley Madden is one of the best I own. While the recipes call for familiar ingredients they are just packed with flavor. There are gorgeous photos of every recipe in the book, and from what I understand the food styling and photos were all done by the author. Her creativity is so impressive. All of the recipes are gluten and oil-free.

Love this!!!
Finally! A plant based GLUTEN FREE book! Every recipe I have tried so far is delicious. The recipes are thoughtful and produce very good results In texture and flavor. They use ingredients I have in my pantry so I don’t have to go looking for exotic, hard to find spices or condiments. I also appreciate the variety of ingredients that are used. For example, oat flour is the standby for many other books, but this one introduces flours like teff and buckwheat, which add to flavor and nutritional value. This has become my number one recipe book!

Such a fun book
I’m enjoying this book. It is helping me to adjust to a vegan lifestyle. I spilt coffee on my book ( the cat helped) lol.

Wonderful cookbook!
I discovered Ashley recently when watching her cooking demo on Chef AJ. Her recipes are healthy and delicious. I have made her Milk Chocolate Mousse Pie, her One Pot Tuscan Pasta and her Sheet Pan Tofu and Broccoli. All three are absolutely delicious and will definitely be repeated for my family. I cannot wait to dive in to all of her other recipes. Her two cookbooks are the only two cookbooks I own and for good reason. Good job, Ashley! I appreciate all your hard work in the kitchen.

My new favourite cookbook!
Ashley is the queen of plant-based deliciousness. Her recipes are easy to make, yet impressive and elegant to wow any dinner guest. I will be using this cookbook over and over again!! It also makes a great coffee table book it's so pretty - so get one for you, and gift one to your bestie.

Deeeeeeelicious recipes
Ashley created and refined recipes that may seem familiar yet use a variety of ingredients that are not usual. Beets and cauliflower - I’ll gladly add more to my dishes. Ingredients are not exotic yet the results taste exotically delicious. It’s a clearly written and beautifully photographed cookbook. Get cooking❣️
