Good. It works. No fillers. Yay!
It's Bentaine HCL in gel capsules, pure and simple. There are no fillers, which I like. The capsules are of moderate size and easy to swallow. It is a nice big bottle that will last me at least 2 months. I need a big bottle of them, because I take these daily before meals along with bile salts. It helps keep my stomach and gut happy and my bile duct working smoothly. A good product at a reasonable price.

If somebody can digest any food well this is the best supplement for those like me who don't have good digestion, only remember to drink plenty of water for good absorption of this natural digestive supplement. Well recommended!

Use caution, start slow and listen to your body.
If you are a sensitive person be careful taking supplements. Started taking this in August, for a month, it pushed my pH out of balance. Health issues started in September and ongoing, now March.

The Brand to Buy for Pepsin-Free HCL
Many people din’t realize that excess pepsin from taking combination betaine hcl caps can cause some stomach distress if not tolerated. I love that this option is just betaine hcl with no pepsin as it allows me to dose my enzymes and hcl independently of each other. I also love that the caps are gelatin and not cellulose, which is no digestible especially if you are already GI-compromised.

Doesn’t seem to be as pure as others
I am going through a wellness journey with a company, and after getting test results back, it was recommended I take betaine before each meal due to really low stomach acid. In the beginning, I was taking that companies brand of betaine which was really high-quality but fairly expensive. After a while, I got this product to save on the cost. Within a day or two all of the positive benefits, I was getting from taking the high-quality betaine subsided (no bloating, better poo), and I started getting stomach discomfort using the bulk supplement betaine. The effectiveness of these pills compared to other more reputable brands was not good for me. Proceed with caution.
