Waste of money
With 1600 reviews, I thought this would surely be a good chair. The chair turned out to be worse than a cheap non-ergonomic chair.I am 5"5, average height for a woman. My feet do not reach the ground flat when the chair is at its lowest height. The seat is unnecessarily long. The lumbar cushion cannot be angled as it automatically falls towards, causing me more back pain than a non-ergonomic chair!Unfortunately, I couldn't disassemble the chair so couldn't return it. Ultimately a waste of money.

Comfy chair
Great office chair, comfy and well designed, like how the arm rests lift up so you can push the chair right into the desk at the end of the day giving you more space in a small area.
