Great Zero Carb Protein
This is a good protein to mix with other beverages and to make smoothies. I like creamy vanilla, the taste is not over power. I use a shaker a bottle and mix with unsweetened almond milk.

I paid extra for cookies and cream and I received Vanilla, which is a cheaper price. Poor quality and control in shipping department. I do recommend the brand. Not the seller here on Amazon. Buy from a store on sale and get what you paid for.
