This is exactly what it looks like. Fits that way too so you have things grapping and holding ya way different that the normal briefs. Way comfy, stretches great, nice fabric quality, and they are fun to wear or surprise someone else while wearing them. I should share a photo but this item may show a bit too much for that

The fabric is cheap feeling and I'm sure it will start to fall apart soon from wearing it and washing it, but for the price it's well constructed, one-size-fits-all adjustability simplifies the ordering process. I was surprised that and when I put it on, it was fairly comfortable. I would have forgotten I was wearing it (or anything at all, for that matter), if not for the gentle pressure the straps put on my shoulders. The pouch is spacious enough for an average-sized unit, though excessive use of rings will push the bulge out and away from your body enough that with enough the rings will show, and the gaps created will allow anyone who wants to look to simply wait until the angle is correct (or maneuver themselves into the necessary angle) in order to sneak their peek. Not sure if that's a bug or a feature.

Open package only to find the straps are held together by a max of two small pieces of thread. Which broke upon barely trying it on. Also if you’re bigger than a Ken doll then you will have to pick which part of you goes in the groin mesh.

Fit was great, material was high quality. Got lots of compliments at my grandmas pool party.
