Efficient and effective glucose tracker
This is very nice started kit which I would definitely recommend. I am impressed with its tracking efficiency and record keeping. It gives average glucose level reading in the app. I am diabetic and I wasted to see which things and foods basically spike my sugar level and this device is just perfect product to start with.Easy to use and easy to understand. Basically after all 12 days I am now sure that my pancreas is working normally and not damaged to unable to control my sugar and insulin level. As I observed keenly about rising and lowering the levels of sugar and then tried to avoid sugar and carbs attentively.Now have requested my GP to check my hba1c so can see how much successfully I controlled my diet.It’s quite expensive and don’t think is affordable to everyone but if GP prescribed then may be it will have in discount price. Would like to highly recommend.

Not tested on Android 13 (and will not work) and unable to link to another's phone
I was unable to get this working on my Android 13 Samsung phone, so had to install on my partners IPhone.The Dexcom one app does not seem to allow you to invite a partner or family member to be able to view the readings (my partner is type 1 diabetic and with LibreLink I have an app on my phone to monitor her reading).We wanted to test this brand but will be sticking with librelink.

Only worked for 20hours
Ordered a Dexcom as had seen the reviews on line and thought it would help manage my diabetes. Note this device only works with a small number of phones so check first. Once up and running it worked well and alerted me when bloods dropped, and was good to be able to track over the day. Then after 20hours I got a message to change sensor. I looked on line suggested that I re add code. Did this then 20hours later same again, but this time code wouldn't work again. Tried contacting Dexcom but no luck, had email back to say they tried contacting me but no previous emails or missed calls. So basically I paid £80 for less then two days of monitoring. Back to reliable finger pricking I go.

It is not pairing
I have tried several times following the instructions but it did not pair with my phone app. It is very disappointing and expensive to fail 😕

I am super happy with this dexcom ONE Starter Kit! You get 1 Sensor + 1 Transmitter) included. It had a great Bluetooth Glucose Monitor System that has great connectivity and is full Wireless For Smart Device Use. It’s easy to install and makes life with diabetes so much easier to manage. I highly recommend.

could not connect, not a supplier fault but dexcom. felt robbed by dexcom for not explaining transmitter timescale clearly.
