Works great!
I like the versatility of this tool a lot. You can adjust the difficulty to virtually any level. The grip is nice and has given me no issues. I think it's a good value as long as you already have a few smaller dumbbells or weights!

My wife loves my vains after use!
Got this product to try and get stronger especially in my wrist as they get tired easily. So I'm trying to get my wrist strength back up so I can do things longer! They feel nice when I'm using it however they do bring some pain to my arms, as I haven't worked out these muscles! They it great in my hands and I'm sure this will help me last longer with activity's! My wife loves my vains after I use it so there's a bonus!

Worked, but not for long
Used this once a week for about 3 months in my workout routine. Worked well at first, but then the handle padding came loose causing the weight to slip a lot. Not easy to use in the long run, not worth the money. Go buy a higher quality version from a reputable brand.

Being in my 70's I find the ease of use great with great benefit. If it helps me just think what it will do for younger people. The company is great to deal with as well.
