Pump is not as great aa the caffeine ones such as the one from GNC or ON but still better I would say since there is no caffeine related crash few after after the workout which was the problem with GNC pre workout for me . Taste is also very good for me although that is subjective . Overall happy with the product and it gives a blue color after mixing in water 😅
