I’ve been taking these tablets for a few days now. An addition to the supplements I take for my workouts. L Glutamine aids in recovery post workout. I’ve not noticed any side effects. Easy to swallow and vegan friendly capsules.

Just starter training, feeling a bit more powerful. Good value of money. My friend is using for long time and is really working.

I won't comment on the potential benefits of glutamine supplementation as there are various reviews and analyses studying the impact of different dosages on a multitude of health markers which individuals should research themselves. That said, the product itself is simple and straightforward; an easy-to-swallow capsule (similar in size to fish oils) containing 800mg of l-glutamine. There's no significant smell or taste to it; the packaging from Nutrivo is straight to the point and contains all the ingredients & dates required with a resealable top. No frills and a reasonable price for capsules!If you're after even better value for money or looking to take more than 1g a day, you'd be better served by purchasing a powdered form of glutamine - 500g or 1kg bags are common and fairly inexpensive in comparison. The only downside is you have to mix it into drinks/food which might have a slight impact on the flavour.
