Small ball with no valve, so tricky to inflate and firm ball not an option
It wouldn't have harmed "ROMIX" to enclose some basic instructions (how to inflate, how to use). There is no one-way valve, which meant it was hard to inflate it with the straw and switch between the straw and finger then get the plug back in before all the air escapes. Fortunately Pilates balls are often meant to be quite soft - but an option for a firmer ball would be good for advanced users. I appreciate that this valve-free straw and plug arrangement is very far from unique to this one when it comes to Pilates balls, but I don't appreciate it.The ball itself is smaller than a standard Pilates ball so may be more useful for focused exercises targeting specific muscle groups and balance exercises.

Easy to inflate using the straw
The ball felt slightly sticky as it came out of the packet, because it was new, but was easy to inflate using the enclosed straw. I left it inflated for 24 hours, and after that it could inflate itself with a bit of encouragement. I like the fact that it came with two stoppers, though they are quite long, and may dig in if the ball is being used part inflated and is positioned with the stopper pointing up/down. It is a larger ball than I am used to, and it will be interesting to see the difference it makes.
