I have a commercial water boiler which holds about 4 kettles full of water. It was thick with calculus up, so bad it was suggested we ditch it and buy another. I filled it to just below maximum boiled it up. I Took it outside to avoid the fumes, I gently poured a full bottle off my order. Into the water and left it an Hour.I was amazed, I could see the inside of the boiler through clear water at the result. It literally was “Sparkling shiny clean” amazing stuff follow the safety instructions and usage I really will sing it’s praisesI was going to buy another. Not now !

Have used the product before to descale a heavily scaled kettle. It works very quickly and effectively so have bought again for another purpose.

This is a good product for descaling kettles and small appliances. I have been using it for years, in addition to the kettle etc. I use it for the water tank on my CPAP machine which needs descaling every now and again. It is very effective.It is very important to follow the warnings and instructions carefully. I always put the item being descaled in the sink so if there is spillage it can be flushed away and you are less likely to be splashed in the first place. This product will dissolve delicate surfaces like marble.Wear rubber gloves and make sure the area is well ventilated as the gas from the reaction will make you catch your breath, it is quite unpleasant.Be warned when you pour the liquid into a half full boiled kettle it will foam up very rapidly and will probably come over the top of the kettle.A better packaging system for dispensing the right amount of product would help, say like those used for the dispensing of garden chemicals, so four stars but I do recommend this product to the careful user.AJC

Used on our pro boil 2x hot tap, worked a treat and nice and clean now! Only used a bottle so have another left for the next time!

OMG this product is soo strong.It was recommended to me by a plumber and it has cleared everything!!!Wear a mask due to fumes and thick rubber gloves. keep your kids and animals away or they will suffer.
